PropVitals is a static review site run by Iliya K. We do not have user accounts, and we collect as little as we can. This page lists what is collected, by whom, and why. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect

  • Your email address, only if you subscribe through the form on the site. It is handled by Kit (see below). We use it to send the emails you signed up for: changes to firm payout policies, warning signs at firms we track, and new reviews. We do not sell or share it.
  • Outbound click counts. When you click a firm link, you pass through /go/<firm> on our domain. We record that a click happened, which firm, which page placement it came from, the country your request appears to come from, and the referring page. We do not record your IP address or any identifier that names you, and we do not set a cookie for this.
  • Standard server logs kept by our host, Cloudflare (IP address, requested URL, user agent, timestamp), used to deliver and secure the site.
  • Messages you send us by email, kept as long as needed to reply and follow up.

Cookies and analytics

PropVitals itself does not set cookies and, at the date above, runs no advertising or analytics scripts of our own. If we add privacy-friendly analytics (for example Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, or PostHog), we will name it here before it goes live. The email form posts to our own server, which passes the address to Kit; Kit sets no cookies on our site. Addresses collected before October 2026 may still sit with our previous provider, beehiiv; see Kit's and beehiiv's privacy policies. Companies you reach through links (prop firms, TradingView and others) set their own cookies on their own sites. That is between you and them.

Who handles your data

  • Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, security, and the click counter described above.
  • Kit: stores subscriber emails, sends the confirmation email (we use double opt-in: an address is only added to the list after you click the link) and sends our newsletters. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Our previous provider, beehiiv, may still hold addresses collected earlier.
  • GitHub: stores the site's source code. It holds no visitor data.

These providers may process data outside your country. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Affiliate links

Some links are affiliate links: if you sign up with a firm after clicking, the firm may pay us a commission at no extra cost to you. The firm, not us, receives whatever you submit on its site. The full list is on the affiliate disclosure page. Counting clicks, described above, is how we see how many readers use these links.

How long we keep it

Subscriber emails stay until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Each click is stored as a separate record without personal identifiers and kept for about three months. Cloudflare keeps its own logs under its own retention rules. Emails to us are kept as long as the conversation needs.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe with the link in any email. To see, correct or delete the personal data we hold (in practice, your subscriber email), write to [email protected] and we will act on it within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The site is about trading and is not meant for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We will update this page and its date when what we collect changes. Material changes are also listed in the changelog. See also our Terms of Use.
